Shipping and Return Policies

Pease note that there may be delays in shipping due to each item being made to order. Your item is hand made down to the last stitch and then transfer printed with vinyl. This process can take anywhere from 1-3 days and if we are backed up on orders it takes longer. Please allow at least 3-6 business days processing time before your item is ready for pickup or shipping. Thank you!
Axlo and Kadi Apparel offers free shipping on orders over $100.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3-6 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays or weekends.

Axlo and Kadi Apparel is not responsible for the time it takes Canada Post to deliver your item once they have received it.
International Shipping Policies
Axlo and Kadi Apparel currently ships to all countries outside of Canada. Processing time is 3-6 business days and orders are not shipped on weekends or Canadian Holidays.

Axlo and Kadi Apparel is not responsible for the time it takes Canada Post to hand your order over to your native postal company. Delivery time can be anywhere from 20-45 days.
Axlo and Kadi Apparel is not responsible for any taxes or customs applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
At this time, while Axlo and Kadi Apparel is in the beginning stages of development, we accept returns.
If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return the products within the 30-day period after you have received the order. We will provide a full refund or offer free replacements in the case of damaged or faulty items due to manufacturers defect.
Returned items must be sent back complete and with original packaging. Any items without original packaging will receive online store credit. If you choose to return your product(s) you would need to send back any promotional products you received with the items. If you would like to keep the promotional items, the full retail price of those items would be deducted from your refund.
Once products are received, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days to appear on bank statement.
All face masks are final sale. No exchanges and no refunds.
